When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your consent to analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-G389X8M9M3) to understand how visitors use our website. We have configured Google Analytics with the following privacy measures:
- Google Consent Mode v2 — analytics cookies are only placed after you explicitly accept them via our cookie banner.
- IP anonymisation — your IP address is anonymised before being processed.
- No advertising features — we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or remarketing.
- Data processing region — data is processed by Google LLC under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Provide and maintain the Quadrance platform for registered users
- Understand website usage patterns and improve our content
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of our services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-party services
We share data with the following third-party services, solely for the purposes described:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics, only with your consent
- Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation) — email delivery for contact form submissions and login verification codes
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon) — hosting infrastructure (EU region: Stockholm, eu-north-1)
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection
Data retention
- Contact form data — delivered via email and not stored in our database
- Account data — retained as long as your account is active; deleted upon request
- Analytics data — retained in Google Analytics for 14 months
- Login codes and security tokens — automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Audit logs — last 500 entries retained, older entries automatically removed
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you. Self-service: logged-in users can download a complete JSON export at Account → Privacy & Data.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data. Update your profile directly in the dashboard, or email us for changes you cannot make yourself.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). Self-service: logged-in users can permanently delete their account at Account → Privacy & Data.
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format. Self-service: the JSON export described under Access fulfils this right.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.
For rights not covered by the self-service tools, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages
- Passwords stored using secure one-way hashing (scrypt)
- Two-factor authentication for platform access (email verification codes)
- CSRF protection on all forms
- Secure, HTTP-only session cookies
- Rate limiting on authentication endpoints
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
